Creditly Technologies S.L. is registered as a credit intermediary with the Bank of Spain (Banco de España) under reference number PLACEHOLDER-ES-00000. Our registration may be verified on the official Bank of Spain register at registros.bde.es.
As a Spanish-registered entity, Creditly holds passporting rights to offer credit-intermediation services in all European Economic Area member states under the Consumer Credit Directive (2008/48/EC) and, where applicable, the Mortgage Credit Directive (2014/17/EU). Passporting notifications have been filed with the competent authorities of: Germany (BaFin), France (ACPR), Italy (OAM), the Netherlands (AFM), and Portugal (Banco de Portugal).
02Portugal — Banco de Portugal
Our Portuguese branch operates under the passporting notification described above. Local-facing consumer communications are supervised by Banco de Portugal. Portuguese users may contact the Banco de Portugal Consumer Protection Division (DECO-BdP) with enquiries regarding our compliance with local consumer-credit rules.

03Mexico — CNBV & CONDUSEF
Creditly Mexico S.A. de C.V. is registered as a financial technology institution (ITF) with the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) under folio number PLACEHOLDER-MX-00000 pursuant to the Ley para Regular las Instituciones de Tecnología Financiera (Fintech Law, 2018).
Consumer-facing activities are also supervised by the Comisión Nacional para la Protección y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros (CONDUSEF). Users may direct regulatory enquiries to CONDUSEF via tel. 55 5340-0999 or condusef.gob.mx.
04Brazil — Banco Central do Brasil
Creditly Brasil Ltda. is registered as a payment institution and credit intermediary correspondent with the Banco Central do Brasil under CNPJ PLACEHOLDER-BR-00000. Our activities are governed by Resolution CMN 4.935/2021 and related circulars.
Creditly Brasil does not hold a banking licence and does not accept deposits or extend credit in its own name. All credit products offered through the Brazilian platform are originated by regulated financial institutions that are partners of Creditly Brasil.
05Passporting and cross-border services
Where Creditly serves users in EEA markets other than Spain via the passporting regime described above, the applicable regulatory supervision remains with the Bank of Spain as the home-state competent authority, unless a host-state authority has issued a specific direction. Users in host-member states retain the right to complain to their national competent authority regarding conduct of business rules applicable in their jurisdiction.
Creditly does not currently hold authorisations in the following markets, and users resident there should not use the platform: United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Japan, or any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by OFAC, the EU, or the UN Security Council.
06Professional indemnity and compensation schemes
Creditly Technologies S.L. holds professional indemnity insurance in accordance with Article 29 of Directive 2014/17/EU. Policy reference: PLACEHOLDER-PI-00000. Insurer: [Insurer Name], registered in [Jurisdiction].
As a credit intermediary rather than a deposit-taking institution, Creditly is not a member of the Spanish Deposit Guarantee Fund (FGD) or any equivalent national compensation scheme. Funds processed through the platform pass directly between users and regulated payment institutions and are not held at risk by Creditly.
