You'll own end-to-end design for core flows — matching, score, and the offer journey — partnering closely with product, engineering, and risk. We care about clarity under pressure: people meet Creditly at stressful financial moments, and good design is what makes the path feel obvious.
What you'll do
- Drive flows from problem framing to shipped, polished UI
- Evolve and document the Creditly design system alongside engineering
- Run lightweight research and turn findings into design decisions
- Raise the craft bar across the product team
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing consumer or fintech products
- A portfolio of shipped work, not just concepts
- Fluency with design systems and component thinking
- Comfort working directly with engineers in code-adjacent detail
Nice to have
- Experience in lending, banking, or regulated products
- Motion and prototyping skills
