You'll own lender relationships across Latin America — from first conversation to live integration — and shape the commercial terms that make the network work for borrowers and partners alike.
What you'll do
- Source, pitch, and close lender partnerships
- Negotiate commercial and data-sharing terms
- Work with product and risk to launch integrations
- Grow existing partners into deeper relationships
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in partnerships or BD, ideally fintech
- A track record of closing complex deals
- Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus
- Comfort owning numbers and a pipeline
Nice to have
- Existing lender or bank relationships in LatAm
- Experience launching a market from scratch
