What you'll do
- Plan and run acquisition experiments across channels
- Own performance budgets and report on what works
- Partner with design on landing pages and creative
- Keep messaging compliant and genuinely useful
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in growth or performance marketing
- Hands-on with paid channels and analytics
- A test-and-learn mindset backed by numbers
- Strong written English
