You'll help borrowers understand their matches, their score, and their options — turning confusing moments into confident ones, and feeding what you hear back into the product.
What you'll do
- Support borrowers across chat, email, and calls
- Resolve issues with empathy and clear next steps
- Spot patterns and feed them back to product
- Help build the playbooks the team scales on
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer support or success
- Genuine patience and clear communication
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving team
Nice to have
- Fintech or financial-services background
- Experience shaping support processes
