You'll help borrowers understand their matches, their score, and their options — turning confusing moments into confident ones, and feeding what you hear back into the product.

What you'll do

  • Support borrowers across chat, email, and calls
  • Resolve issues with empathy and clear next steps
  • Spot patterns and feed them back to product
  • Help build the playbooks the team scales on

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in customer support or success
  • Genuine patience and clear communication
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving team

Nice to have

  • Fintech or financial-services background
  • Experience shaping support processes
