You'll own our compliance program across European markets — licensing, consumer-credit rules, and the controls that keep lending fair. You'll be the person who makes 'compliant by design' real rather than a slogan.
What you'll do
- Maintain licensing and regulatory relationships
- Build and test compliance controls with product
- Own consumer-credit and data-protection requirements
- Advise teams on launches in new markets
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in financial-services compliance
- Knowledge of EU consumer-credit regulation
- A pragmatic, build-with-the-business approach
- Clear written English
Nice to have
- Experience at a licensed lender or broker
- Additional European languages
