You'll work on the matching and offers platform in Go — low-latency services that fan out to lender APIs, rank results, and return them while someone waits. Reliability and clear ownership matter more than heroics here.
What you'll do
- Design and ship Go services for matching and offers
- Own integrations with lender and bureau APIs
- Improve latency, observability, and failure handling
- Review code and mentor across the backend team
What we're looking for
- 4+ years building production backend systems
- Strong Go (or fast ramp from another typed language)
- Solid grasp of databases, queues, and API design
- Care for testing and operability
Nice to have
- Fintech or payments background
- Experience with high-availability, regulated systems
